My daughter loves her Pussy-Cat Bag!

We are very happy with the Pussy-Cat bag that we ordered for our daughter at Christmas Time. We visited her yesterday & she showed it to us & said how happy she is with her bag & she uses it every day!
The main problem was the delivery! It took 11 days to come & it was via Brisbane!!! As we live in Melbourne, we're not sure why it took 11 days to come! We kept on viewing the tracking Number you had given us & it went from Haberfield, Melbourne, Ardeer (Vic.) to Brisbane & back again! Not a good look for Australia Post!
