Linen care tips. Linen tea towels are both absorbent and lint free - no other material does it better! So that our products perform at their best,drying and polishing your dishes and glassware for many years to come, we recommend the following: Wash your tea towel before the first use. We recommend several washes to activate the absorbency. Linen tea towels can be washed at temperatures up to 90°C. We however recommend 50°C for day to day use. To keep your linen tea towels crisp and increase absorbancy, iron whilst damp on the reverse of the tea towel.
